Security

Security and compliance

How Raiseaticket protects your data: where it is stored, who can reach it, and the standards the infrastructure is held to. Everything below applies to the free plan as well as to premium add-ons.

  • EU data centres
  • GDPR aligned
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access
Data residency

Where your data is stored

Raiseaticket is operated by Fonicom Limited from Malta, in the European Union, and customer data is hosted in EU-based data centres. Those facilities hold the following certifications:

To be precise about what this means: these certifications are held by the data centres that host the service, not by Raiseaticket itself. We state it that way deliberately, because it is the distinction a security review will ask about.

Controls

How access is controlled

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and all portal interactions run over secure encrypted connections.

Role-based access control

Grant the right access to the right people with granular roles and permissions, limiting data exposure.

Four user roles

Super Admin, Administrator, Agent and User. Only the Super Admin can reach billing and subscription settings.

Multi-factor authentication

Admins, agents and users can each enable MFA from their profile using an authenticator app. Included free.

Audit logs

Track every action with detailed, tamper-evident audit trails.

Data backup

Regular backups keep your service data safe and recoverable.

Single sign-on is available through the premium Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace integration, so your team signs in with the work account it already uses - see how single sign-on works.

Compliance

GDPR and your data

Raiseaticket adheres to GDPR standards, and GDPR-aligned controls help you meet your own compliance obligations. Data is stored securely, access is controlled through role-based permissions, and you retain full ownership of your data at all times.

Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how we handle personal data as a processor, and the privacy policy covers what we collect and why.

Security review

Running a security review?

If your evaluation needs detail this page does not cover - uptime commitments, retention periods, sub-processors, penetration testing or a completed security questionnaire - contact us at [email protected] and we will answer directly rather than leave you guessing.
